We had one minor issue with skylight leak a couple days after job was done, I called morning of Derby Day (Saturday) and left a message that taking care of it Monday would be fine as Derby in this area is somewhat of a sacred holiday - they had a guy at my house a few hours later and haven't had any problems since.
