15 min later my order was not made the way I ordered. My sandwich ended in garbage and walked away.
Horrible experience, my first job was a arbys. The minute we walked into this location during our vacation I saw tons of "No no's". Only 3 employees working, one was going on break. They have both a drive thru and restaurant dining area. Both lines abosultley ridiculous. We ordered the food, employee taking our order was very unfriendly. Continued to tell me they don't sell juice with kids meals it's on menu and then he finally said they have none. Very rude, nobody looked they were impressed on service or wait for food.
I ordered a 1/2 lbs roast beef sandwich. When I took a bite the meat was cold, had a odd stretchy feel and crunch. It was raw. I only took the one bite and I threw it away. I’m making this review the next morning and I’m still nauseous.
The fries also had some odd coloring and wasn’t edible. I literally paid $9 to throw food away.
Had a great experience last time we purchased food from this location. It was very fresh and hot. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had qhat we needed before we left. We will be stopping again!
About 20ish minutes later we got our food. Food was cold, being in food and customer service I don't know how this place is running still. Food was not to temp to serve. Fryers definitely are not clean just seeing all the stuff on the cold fries and my daughter and husbands chicken. Disgusting will be complaining on corporate website also.
Go somewhere else.
